Macbook Air M1 shuts down with no warning

How can this continue for months, my MacBook M1 air just shuts down randomly for no reason, with external monitor attached or on its own with no external anything and sometimes after just a couple of hours of being turned on! This has happened about 10 x's in the last two months and now becoming more frequent! happened twice today and while i was writing a film script, so annoying to lose even a few lines in the recovered file! I AM so INCREDIBLY frustrated with this laptop want to throw it in the sea! There is nothing in the APPLE chat or any advice they give that fixes this - appalling service Apple

Etrecheck

Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck directly from a Trusted Developer and well Respected ASC Contributor. The application is free or paid from added features. Run the application with Full Disc Access ( Security & Privacy - Full Disc Access ). It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software. The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information. Post back the Full Report - copy and paste - using the Additional Text Icon ( 3rd Icon to last )

We can have a look at the report for possible issues and may have possible suggestions to resolve the issues.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.

But this is happening to many people, I have sent all my crash reports to Apple I am sure also many others have done so. Surely Apple could at least grace us with some insight or solutions from the crash reports?

I need my computer, I’m working to a several deadlines but yeah, I will have to take it in for repairs at some point if Apple can’t offer any solution

If as claimed " perfectly running computer . . . " then what is described as a problem is less than accurate. So have to ask, which is accurate ??

Computer, if " perfectly running " do not perform as described above. The suggested Third Party Software may assist in determining the source of your the issue on the " perfectly running computer "

As for getting a response from Apple - wrong place to be asking. These are ASC Forums which are all Apple User to Apple User and volunteer ourt time to assist and guide other Apple Users.

Advise given is done in good faith.

If you really are waiting for a response from Apple - it will not come from here, ever !!
