I lost my note from Icloud!!!!

I have, as i said, i did nothing, it disappeared in front of me, and the icloud storage turned into new. I remebered i have already used up all 5gb in the icloud free storage, but now, my notes all gone and the Icloud storage renewed itself. Now it has 3,9mb/5gb in used. I just want support from apple to take back all my important notes. I didnt even touch or erase it. Icloud erased my note itself, and iam not happy with this. As u can see the photos below. All my notes in the icloud section are gone. And the icloud free storage renews itself

the notes in the iphone still there. But the notes which are important, in the icloud section are all gone. I swear i havent touched or erased it. I just opened it, it appeared at first. But quickly in front of my eyes, it disappeared. as you can see in the photos i have just uploaded in here. Its gone
