Well that's a step in the right direction.
Looks like a fair amount of cruft is on your system. My guess is you've always upgraded in place instead of starting fresh.
You have Silverlight installed. Super old and at end of life.
You have Chrome and it's terrible keystone daemons installed. This can cause issues with ProApps. Completely uninstall Chrome and the keystone daemons by following the instructions at https://chromeisbad.com
An invisible dot file running in /tmp? That looks super suspicious to me:
.p7VBM3lU 1005 KB / 2 MB (? - /tmp)
You have malware protection disabled. I'd turn that on but I don't know if that will cure an existing malware problem if there is one.
You also have several drives connected. I'd remove them to reduce the complexity while testing and uninstalling.
If it were me, I'd back up to Time Machine (you don't appear to have backups enabled) or Carbon Copy Cloner or something like that, and do a clean install of Big Sur, migrate only the Users (no Applications) from the backup, then re-download your apps from the developers.
