I have been using a Belkin Wireless Charging pad (Boost Charge 10W) with my iPhone SE and it has been charging successfully.
Now, all of a sudden, the white light on the Belkin is blinking the whole time while plugged in, regardless of if the phone is on charging or not.
Also, the phone does not charge while on the charging pad.
Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Well, did that Belkin model came with a user guide?
Did you already tried to look for that user guide (specific for your Belkin model) in the Internet?
A blinking light might indicate a malfunction (I assume you already tried to disconnect, then reconnect that charger), but since I never used that device I can't give you any further solution, sorry.
Is your SE charging if you use a standard "plugged in" charger + cable?

Did you buy it from Apple Online Shop?
Should be this case, since there are many Belkin models, what is your specific model, shown in this page?:--> https://www.apple.com/shop/iphone/accessories/wireless-chargers
If it is among them, have it inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider.

Thank you for that suggestion. After I have answered a RANGE of questions, they referred me back to the supplier.
It seems that the person I've contacted at Belkin does not know what the solution is.
