- Open the Home app on the primary user's iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
- On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, press and hold HomePod. On Mac, double-click HomePod.
- Scroll down and tap or click Reset HomePod, then select Restart HomePod.
