HomePod mini airplay playback lag on zoom app on mac mini m1 big sur 11.5.2. Is there a solution?

First, make sure the Zoom app is up to date: How to manually update apps on your Apple device. It's also a good idea to restart your HomePod mini with the following steps:

• Open the Home app on the primary user's iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
• On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, press and hold HomePod. On Mac, double-click HomePod.
• Scroll down and tap or click Reset HomePod, then select Restart HomePod.
