Family Sharing Apple News Plus

I’m unable to share Apple News+ subscription with a family member. All of the other apps shared via the Family Sharing account are accessible. Apple News+ is not.

My family member has signed out of iCloud along with iTunes & App Store. They have restarted their phone and signed back in but still cannot access Apple News+. What can they do?

We understand you're unable to share a subscription. We're happy to help.


To start, we'd suggest providing more specific detail on what is preventing you from sharing it. Is the option to send a sharing invite not showing up at all? Are you able to send an invite, but the other person never receives it? Do you get some sort of error message? If so, what does it say? Etc.


Answers to questions like these will help give the community a better idea of what you're seeing so members can provide more relevant responses.
