Gmail Authentication Failed Error

I'm using multiple gmail addresses for different purposes. I'm using apple mail but authentication fails continuously regardless of how many times I have provided my credentials. I've tried to delete the accounts and set up multiple times, it didn't work. It keeps taking my time each day and I'm really annoyed. Does anybody resolved this problem before? (I'm using Big Sur)

Hi mlikeak,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. As we understand it, you're unable to authenticate your email accounts on your Mac. Are you able to access your email using webmail? You'll want to make sure that your mail settings are correct. Check out the following links.

Hi Nicholas_B2,

I can use all emails via web browser. There is no problem logging into my accounts via web. When I first set up, I can authenticate via Apple mail. However, after a while using it without any problem, it starts giving authentication failed error. When I try to reconnect safari pop up appears and asks my credentials. I log in but it keeps rejecting me no matter how many times I enter my credentials. Sometimes I close the apple mail app and restart. After a point it works or not. Sometimes I have remove all emails and set up again :/
