My mac has been freezed at the end of the restart for a couple hours and I dont know what to do, please help

It hasn’t moved for about 3 hours and I am getting worried. My internet cut out just as it was about to finish and it hasn’t loaded since.

Hi,

Try to force quit and restart in Safe Mode then normal boot could solve the issue.
