Hi, I went on a website and it said your. iPad Air 4th gen has been hacked and at the bottom it had a blue button that said ok. How do I get the hacker out of My device.

Nothing is Hacked:
What you are describing is a phishing message. So, let things be. No one has hacked your iPhone.
Report this Phishing Scam:
Next time such a message pops up, take a screenshot of it, and send it to Apple. Apple wouldn't popup with you such a message about a hacked device. Do as instructed here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tips.
Modifying your Credentials:
Did you interact with this message, in some manor? If so, consider modifying your credentials. If not, then just let things be
- Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
- Associate: a different method of payment to your account
- Enable:Â Two-Factor Authentication for Apple IDÂ and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
