I dont know if im getting hacked

A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked or get a virus. You are safe.

Do a spotlight search for the word "Cydia" and see if it appears on your iPhone (not in the web). If you jailbroke your iPhone you would know it, if someone else did it you would have had to give them your iPhone, your passcode, your Apple ID and password.
