Reminders created on Apple Watch are deleted by themselves

Hi!

I use Apple Watch 6 (7.6.1) and iPhone 11 (14.7.1).

I add a reminder using the Apple Watch through the Digital Crown or in the Reminders app on the Apple Watch. The reminder is created, appears in the list, but disappears after a couple of seconds. Hard reset Apple Watch and iPhone doesn't help.

The problem has been resolved.

I noticed that reminders that are created using Siri were automatically placed in the "Reminders" folder, which was related to the calendar of the CRM system application.

Elimination of the problem: Settings -> Mail -> Accounts -> select the account of this application -> disable reminders

Hi Spooky_Ghost,

Thanks for the additional information regarding your issue. Have you tried manually adding a test reminder from the Reminders app on your Apple Watch to see if the behavior continues? You can see how to do this from Set and respond to reminders on Apple Watch.

If you find the issue only occurs when creating reminders through Siri, we'd recommend following the basic troubleshooting that's outlined in Use Siri on your Apple Watch.

Let us know how this works out for you. Be well.

Hi SnickZ.

Thank you for advice, but, unfortunately, none of this helped. Reminders I create on my iPhone or MacBook go to Reminders on Apple Watch and are saved to lists normally. But the reminders I try to add using Apple Watch appear in the reminder list (on all my devices) and just disappear by themselves after 2-5 seconds. I recorded my iPhone screen while I add a reminder using Apple Watch. My actions: hold down the Digital Crown to call Siri -> Dictate adding a reminder -> that's all. The reminder was added on all devices and then disappeared on all devices.
