My voicemail is all the sudden not working. When someone calls me the voicemail isn’t working

I still haven't gotten voicemail to work. I tend to agree this is an ATT issue but their tech support said they did all they could. I called Apple support and they ran my phone through a bunch of tests and luckily, nothing hardware related is the problem. I tried restoring my iphone back to 14.7 but as soon as the phone rebooted after putting 14.7 back on, the 14.8 updated installed automatically. I am going to put iOS 15 on there but I don't think this will help. Might try taking phone into an ATT store to see if there is something wrong with my account since my son's phone's, which is on this same account, voicemail isn't working either.

Did the tech do something on their end to do the fix? I have turned off my phone more than once and for that length of time and no fix. I stopped getting any voicemails after one of these last IOS updates so yes, the IOS update has glitched something with the carrier and not the other way around. Instead of defending the update, maybe find out what happened and offer what users need to do with their phone or carrier to resolve it? I use Verizon and it seems this was across the board with carriers and not just one.

Nope. Just after the most recent update. But noticed that more comments seemed to come after one of the recent updates. Yes, the carriers seem to have the issues but everything was fine until the update. I think all everyone is asking for is help from Apple since it seems to run across AT&T, Verizon, etc as opposed to just passing the blame.

I have yet to get it resolved. It seems Apple won't trouble shoot it (yet) and the carriers were blindsided by it. I don't get that many voicemails so I didn't notice it when it stopped. But, I do need it for emergencies and notifications from our contractors. I think it's affected a lot of people across carriers but some may not have noticed yet.

Yes! This is what's going on w/my iPhone SE2 since I updated to 15.2.... Has anyone found a fix? Very frustrating!

No… I just updated to 15.1 a few weeks ago. Lol
