I will still encourage you to go into your Office Settings and look through 'My Devices' and also 'My Sign Ins", that may direct you to the right solution...

Other people reading this... just wanted to add that once the VPN is off, you will need to sign into each Microsoft App prior to turning your VPN back on such as One Drive, SharePoint, Office, Excel, etc.

Since this is an Apple issue and there’s no fix in the foreseeable future, the solution is simple. Deleted my exchange mail account from Mail, and installed Outlook for iOS. Settled. So far no password popups.

I have removed my exchange accounts, and log in again using sign in option and not setup manually. So far so good. It seems Microsoft has new security policies that grant access to apple.

I can confirm, after removing the accounts from Iphone and Ipad, and setting them up again worked for me.

i have also re adjust the time and location on Icloud.

when setting up exchange accounts, use login and not configure manually.

login will open Microsoft site, follow the instructions.

i have been many days without any issues.

I am literally experiencing this daily and bc our exchange email account is attached to our peg’s active directory, it’s also locking me out of my account bc it’s reporting incorrect password. So frustrating.

I have updated to iOS 15.0.2, deleted my ms exchange account, rebooted the phone (12 pro max) and reinstalled the MS exchange account.

looks like i’m down to being asked 1-2 times a day for my exchange password.

The calendar is an issue if you use more than one. Make sure you have outlook forward contacts to the cloud.

How do I save my Outlook contacts to my iOS contacts app?

Outlook for iOS

To save Outlook contacts to your native address book: 

First go to Device Settings > Contacts and confirm that the 'Default Account' is set to 'iCloud'. If you do not see this setting that is OK, the setting should only be available if you have more than one account added to your device. If there is no account connected to the device, then your Outlook contacts will be saved locally but will not be synced to other devices.

Second, open Outlook for iOS and in the left nav view open the Settings gear > Select your account > Toggle ON the 'Save Contacts' toggle. 

Saved contacts will be added under the contacts in your iCloud account. These contacts will sync to all devices which are signed in with the same iCloud account. 

Note: You can only export contacts from one device at a time. 

If a user has contact-export turned on both their iPad and iPhone one will need to be disabled so that we are able to manage conflicts. Duplicates can take up 24 hours to be reconciliated.
