Since the update to ios 15 the link to iMovie, in the Photo Library, disappeared. While editing a video in Photo Library there was a link to iMovie in the right upper corner of the screen. Now it’s not possible anymore to open a portrait video while using Photo Library and edit it within iMovie to add for example music from the Music Library. Will this be back in the near future or will there be an other solution?

Why did you do this? The Interface was so much easier with the direct link. This new Imovie kind of just stinks and isa hassle, why go backward?

I used this every single day and now that it’s gone I stopped making videos of any kind. The process of going through the actual iMovie app is A WASTE OF TIME AS IT CROPS YOUR VIDEO AND IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP!
The link existed until the latest beta. When I updated to the official release it disappeared for me too.
There is no link within Photos you have to just open Clips and oic which video you want to edit.
