Upload Photo into website

Hi

On mine, above above the photos, there is a selector for all the albums. There is also a thick gray bar above the photos that can be dragged up and down, to show more photos with less space for the albums. If I shrink the window vertically to one row of photos, that thick bar changes to a thin one like in your screenshot and it is not possible to drag it down to show the albums.

It looks like yours is stuck in that state. Couple of things to try.

1 - shrink the window vertically as far as you can, then expand it again - does the thicker grey bar appear?

2 - Restart the mac in safe mode and try then. If it works in safe mode it will probably work again when you start normally.

We understand that when accessing your photos through the upload option via a website you don’t always have access to your albums. 

Do you notice this happens on multiple websites or does it seem to differ per site? Are you using Safari as your web browser? 

Do you have your photos stored in the Photos app? If you click the drop-down at the top center that says Photos, what options do you have? Are your pictures downloaded to your Mac or are they syncing with iCloud?
