Is anyone else having issues with the iPhone 13 pro max notification and ringer sound not very loud. I can barley hear it when I get a text or when someone calls. It sounds like my phone is 30 feet away when it’s tight in front of me. I’m very frustrated with this cause I miss almost every notification or call cause of super low sound. I have tried everything to get it louder but nothing works.. please help

Just had a conversation with Apple Support and the connected into my iPhone, screen share, and we went through all my settings. We tested my notification volume and they also were surprised my notification volumes were so low but my ringer was loud. Apple Support had me do a "Rest All Settings". When the iPhone booted up again the first option they had me turn off was Accessibility/Face ID & Attention/Attention Aware Features (OFF). Default was ON. After that the notification sound levels worked great. I hope this can help you.
I am also having issues with the volume on the iPhone 13 max when my hearing aids are paired! This is very frustrating, especially for those of us who already have a difficult time hearing. Apple needs to address this quickly! Please keep us updated on any resolution updates you receive from them. I’m actually glad to hear others are having the same issues. I thought I was alone!
Tried this like you said now my ringtone is super loud but notification is still very low please help or I’m gonna have to get rid of my phone this is a nuisance since I need to hear my phone for work.
I have this problem of no notifications sound but only for WeChat/WeWork Apps. Though other Apps at this moment has not facing this problem, this issue has started once I have recently updated to latest version of 15. I tried to do all those changes suggested in this forum but seems not solving the issue. Please help. Thanks

I’m having the same issue. So in order for my ringer volume to be a level I can hear it I have to turn off a security feature? That’s not good.
yphon did you get a response from Apple Support that helped? I can only get normal alert levels if I unpair my hearing aids. Thank you.

lurch177, Thanks for the update. My test and problem is identical. I have have made a report directly Apple, not on this forum, but have not heard anything back. Hope you have more success.
Please try and remember that Apple does not read these forum post. This forum is for users to help users. You can voice your complaints directly to Apple at Apple Support.

Yessssss! Just got my iphone 13 pro max a few days ago ! This is terrible!
No just setting it up …and volume is at max but barely can hear alerts and notifications …but ringer is dang loud for sure
