Is anyone else having issues with the iPhone 13 pro max notification and ringer sound not very loud. I can barley hear it when I get a text or when someone calls. It sounds like my phone is 30 feet away when it’s tight in front of me. I’m very frustrated with this cause I miss almost every notification or call cause of super low sound. I have tried everything to get it louder but nothing works.. please help

Just had a conversation with Apple Support and the connected into my iPhone, screen share, and we went through all my settings. We tested my notification volume and they also were surprised my notification volumes were so low but my ringer was loud. Apple Support had me do a "Rest All Settings". When the iPhone booted up again the first option they had me turn off was Accessibility/Face ID & Attention/Attention Aware Features (OFF). Default was ON. After that the notification sound levels worked great. I hope this can help you.

I have same problem with my phone. Ringtone volume is way louder than a notification. I set same melody in settings and a hearing big difference. Tried aware turned off but no changes.
Very disappointed. First iphone i have and i miss most of Whatsapp or email for this same problem. Very low notification sound.
Apple first class company? Looks like Apple doesn't pay real attention to customers. I'm considering selling this 13 pro max and go back where i should have never left..... Samsung.
