Logitech circle view

I’ve just connected the (Logitech circle view with home pod) cameras to wifi, i have them on stream and record, all are operating and functional, when I went out (out of range) the cameras just blacked out I tried connecting to another wifi 1km away while I was out of distance but couldn’t, when I arrived back I could not access any recordings it looks like as soon as I walked out both, that’s right both cameras just stopped. As of the power was off when I reconnected it to wifi it operates like it should and i can get replays of what’s been filmed. But not of when I was out. What’s going on with it? any assistance or experience would help 🙂 here’s some photos of the screen

I am also having a problem with my circle view cameras. When I open up the Homekit app there are times when both of my cameras are not responding. They are connected to WIFI and I'm running the latest software on all of my devices. I have 3 hubs 2 Apple Tvs and 1 homepod mini. Could this be a problem with the latest software update. I have also noticed that when I have my VPN turned on my phone I also cant view my cameras. Any information on this would be the most helpful
