Stolen iphone/ someone is sending me a link for location

Hi there,

I lost my phone and haven't been able to locate it since. I have received phishing texts on my laptop saying that it had been located and that it was from Find my Iphone. I didn't respond as I knew it was a scam. Now that I am using my friend's phone, I have got whatsapp messages from someone saying they bought my iPhone on Ebay and found out that it's stolen. The person has said that she gave it to police but then said it was at an apple store. She said she will copy the link she received so I can know where the phone is now - but it's only a link for find my iphone : https://apple.com-localisation.app/rmk87 . I haven't entered anything as I am suspecting that it's someone trying to retrieve my apple ID. I don't see why it would be at an apple store as they don't deal with lost and stolen phones. Is there anything I can do to find out who's behind this and retrieve my phone?
