iPhone 13 Pro Max EXTREMELY slow!

I’m having the same problem. Websites takes minutes to load. The screen take seconds to register my touch, after about 6 touches then it starts working. Extremely slow in every aspect. I’ve concluded that I’ll just get ride of it. I didn’t switch phones and spend all this money to have a headache. I’ve done everything. Reset network. Use phone from restore. Use phone without restore. Called my carrier, reset phone everything.

Same issues here… Typing on the 13 Pro Max keyboard there is tremendous lag delays. Wi-Fi and cellular service isn’t as fast as it really should be, my XS Max was quicker loading things. Hoping a fix is coming bc this is ridiculous for what I paid to upgrade.

Same issue here, absolutely crawls when doing anything network related. Wifi is painfully slow, 4G/5G is slow….. web pages take ages to respond and require multiple touches to activate a link once they finally load… I’m talking 30 seconds to a minute to load 1 page.

My trusty old iPhone 8+ that I retired in favour of this 13 brick, rockets past this iPhone 13 pro for browsing and network performance.

What the F*** is going on Apple???

I too nuked it completely, full reset hoping to squash the bug from a iPhone migration…. Fresh OS Exactly the same issue.

Mine as well. Tried every fix noted and so far no luck. Support told me to hard reboot phone but I’m doing that 10 times a day.

apps won’t open they just keep attempting to open. Web pages won’t open. This happens on WiFi and Cell service.

my 11 pro max was amazing in comparison.

I went from the 11 pro max to the 13 pro max. I’m shocked by how inefficient the 13 is. I had similar things happened to me I called technical support twice I went into the store two different times finally the last time I went in They told me I need to take it back to Apple because it had a one-year warranty on it. AT&T corporate store location Said it had a one-year warranty to take it back to Apple at this point because they could not figure out the problem.

I thought this was just me - The screen not responding to touch and the super slow connectivity.

I have also found that after several minutes on my phone it feels very hot

Thoughts on what, are we to guess what extremely slow means, without any basis to it.

I'm in the same boat. Upgraded from an Iphone X pro max to a 13 pro max. Internet has been so BAD both on wifi and 5g/lte. I've done the resets. But its still so buggy and slow. Updating another patch right now to see if it will help. Hope it does, or I gotta return this for another one.

I thought I was the only one. I had upgraded from the XR to this 13. It’s slow in opening web pages and sometimes my most used apps freezes. What the heck is going on? I called customer support but no help. I wanted to return it but I had traded my old phone for this 💩! I wish I had never upgraded, by far this is the worst apple iPhone I had ever owned (1,3,6,8,XR)

I have the same issue with my iphone 13 pro. Safari load so slow, my email will not load. I updated the latest software ios 15.1.1 but still the same. I have done a lot of online solutions, force restart, resetting and set up as a new phone. But still the same. It is just frustrating that you bought the latest iphone and expecting the best, but will give you head ache. I already book and appointment to see a technician in apple store.

Exactly…I’m on several of these types of groups… there’s definitely something going on here. Apple had a similar problem with batteries and recharging a couple years back..and it turned out to be something in settings they could correct… and finally did… but not for a couple of months.. and led to legal woes for them. This has the same feel.

did you try to check for a technician in apple store?

Im afraid if i go there, they will just tell me to restart, reset and set up as new iphone, which is a typical answer from them. So it's a waste of time.

extremely Frustrating. First Apple and samsung lobbied to take down huawei by sanctions ok we got it but it least fill the gap . I bought new 13 pro max and its **** pro max . Video is focusing in focusing out and blurring the scene for few seconds. If i play cod mobile after 20 minutes the shitoinc 15 lags and heat up . Inpaid 6000dirham for this crap . Camera averages performance below average and full of bugs. Asus Rogs are way faster and responsive then this waste of money
