How to create recovery key from my computer

So, here is my problem. I bought an IPad 3g and i want to log in with my new apple id. When i try to log in it says to enter the recovery key, which i dont have. I cant create one because i didnt logged in in any IDevices. Maybe i can create a recovery key from my computer?
