FCP 10.6 macOS Monterey SLOW & NOT RESPONDING!

Just updated to macOS Moneterey and FCP 10.6 yesterday. Tried using FCP with it today but the loading screen is super super super super slow!!!!!!

I'm connecting a Sandisk Extreme Pro directly to it.

I'm also using a MBP 16: 2019.

Does anybody else face this problem?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.0

macOS Monterey Version 12.1 - Operating system performing poorly. Since installing above, my iMac (Retina 5K 27inch) has been performing poorly. It's really slow opening up everything from Safari to Music, Email, etc... Is anyone else having similar issues? Many bugs... I would assume Apple needs an update to resolve these various issues.

FCP keeps crashing Hi, I have a 2020 M1 pro MacBook, but every time I run FCP it loads up then buffers with the ball, and has to be forced quit. I'm running 10.6.4 FCP. Does anyone have any ideas what the issue might be? I have no errors on the Media in the library so nothing appears corrupt... I should have no issues using an M1 and haven't until recently.

I have a 4k, 60fps video that is 29 minutes long. I am exporting as an Apple 4k file to my 2TB ssd. So far, it has taken 2 hours and is not even 25% finished. This is ridiculous. Using 10.6.1.
