Updating 15.1 killing the battery life of my iphone 13 pro.
6% for a 5 minutes phone calling and 2 minutes of you tube video.
Anyone have same problem?

Well no sign of 15.1.1 here on iPhone se 1st gen or iPad Pro 9.7 first gen in uk? Still both on 15.1 with no option to update
15.1.1 is now available. BUT it does not specifically says it addresses the battery issue =(

Btw, my iPad Pro doesn’t have have 15.1.1 available yet which I was not able to state in my previous post.
I would also mention just one more thing about this issue: I have noticed that both the back & front of my iPhone 13 become quite hot during charging. Abnormally so in my opinion.

I updated to 15.1.1, and it made things worse.
I tried what Importeck suggested had worked for him - and I think it has made an improvement in the battery life on my iPhone 13. Thank you for the suggestion.
the same exact thing happened to me too! i just got the 13 pro and i’m on ios 15.1 and the battery is draining quickly🥲
Contact Apple via their Feedback page or their telephone support, the more who report this the more likely they will issue a fix soon.

Same thing i noticed as soon as I have updated to 15.1.1 version. It consumes the battery more than usual. iPhone 13 user here.
Hope it gets noticed and fix asap.
For me, the situation on the 13 pro is the same, the battery goes down very quickly, I hope that the next update will fix it.
