Apple Watch SE, 40mm
I've got my Apple Watch SE 40mm,
And I am kinda runner, not professional, but still running 10 kilometers every week,
I have been struggling to switch on the fucntition VO2 max on my Apple Watch (ios 14 + WatchOS 7 and then ios 15 + Watch OS 8),
I've talked with more 10+ Apple's supervisors, which reflect more than 10+ mine requests for help,
Nobody helps me at Apple Support Center yet,
Their consultants just giving standard recommendations like 'update your firmware software, check level of power, reset the device' etc
The point of the situation I've just recently discovered, that no one at Apple Support Center don't even know about function VO2 max itself, nobody from 10+ apple advisers were aware about what does this function mean/or if it exists on Apple Watch,
To my qn, how is that possible that Apple support team are not aware about Apple VO2 max option, Apple support advisers literally were answering "we can't know everything about Apple's products",
I do not know what to say...
I do not know if that is a particular case of a bad customer support leadership at Eastern Europe branch, or it is common kinda cringe situation for the whole Apple support team,
The frustration about this is that, while we were trying these non-relative advices from apple advisers my 1 year warranty for Apple Watch became expired, so I can't count on a replacement either now,
Probably it should become for me a case for switching and try another brands for running,
If you are reading this and know how can I start measuring VO2 max on my dammit Apple Watch please help,
Apple support act in totally unprofessional way
