Since upgrading to MacOS Monterey, every time I boot up, I get pop up, "Calendar would like to use your current location.." I've gone to Privacy settings/Location Services and checked "Calendar" but doesn't fix it permanently. Anybody else?

Try a SafeBoot to clear system caches, reboot as normal to test.
SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
caches get rebuilt automatically.
As a retired IT person who has run into "some computers have the issue, others do not have the issue", I'm guessing this one will be more of a challenge for us (and Apple) to pin down. This morning I updated both my and my wife's Macbook Pros to MacOS Monterey 12.1
Mine still has the issue, hers does NOT (and didn't before this morning's update.)
My Macbook Pro:
MacOS Monterey version 12.1
Macbook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
My wife's Macbook Pro:
MacOS Monterey version 12.1
Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2018)
I would be interested to know, of those having the issue, what model computer are you experiencing it on?

When I upgraded from Big Sur in November, I went straight to MacOS Monterey version 12.1. I have never experienced this issue before the upgrade.
I to have the same problem after upgrading to Monterey - have tried everything and nothing works!!
I think I will await the Apple fix!!
Installed update to Monterey 12.1 this morning, rebooted, and still received the alert "Calendar would like to use your current location".
I was hoping this would fix it, but apparently not.
Thanks for your suggestion, but I'm not going to download third party software to sort an issue caused by the Monterey software. Maybe one of the other posters is happy to do that.

(I also have a15" MBP but have neglected to upgrade to Monterey due to this Calendar notification problem.)
I just restarted in Safe Mode, received the Calendar Notification again.
Restarted normally, received the Calendar Notification again.
@Tom Hanser yes, safe mode makes no difference. There is a glitch with the Monterey software which Apple needs to sort.
Well that shoots that brilliant solution down. 😭
Seems like this issue is all over the place. My and Muse2021's issues sound similar, HOWEVER, mine does not appear to be icloud-related since I don't have that checked in my calendar....
On every boot up, Calendar would like to use your current location.
