Homepod voice commands broken by os 15

When I was watching or listening to something on my Apple TV, I used to be able to Airplay the audio to my Homepods by telling Siri to "Play Apple TV in the bedroom", "Play Apple TV in the kitchen", "Play Apple TV in here" etc when I was close to one of the homepods.

Since the update to 15, Siri just replies "Sorry I cannot find that speaker". I bought a new Homepod for another room today, and this feature worked properly at first for this room, until the speaker updated from 14 to 15 when it broke.

Is there any way to fix this, or is it just the typical broken functionality of Apple's major releases that might fix itself in a few months if I'm lucky?

Thanks for the reply, but none of those links answer my question. Unless Apple have changed the Siri voice commands in the 15 update, I guess this is just a bug. Hopefully it will get fixed at some point.

I wish Apple to provide a way to rollback the software to previous versions, as their new major releases are always junk at first.

With Homepods, I cannot even see a way to stop them from updating automatically. Does anyone know if there is a way?
