There is no users on this volume to recover

Im using a new MacBook Pro M1 Pro, with macOS 12.0, and I want to enter into recovery mode to disable Integrity Protection, however anytime I try to enter into recovery mode (using the specific process for new Apple Silicon Macs), the system throws a "There is no users on this volume to recover".

Does anybody know how to enter into recovery mode?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

Yes, of course I have an admin user account, in deed the first user you create after a brand new installation is an admin user (as you can see in the screenshot)

And of course, Im following the macOS recovery guide https://support.apple.com/en-ca/guide/mac-help/mchl82829c17/mac, but I'm getting the message in the title.... "There is no users on this volume to recover"

The Apple instructions include:

step 4 If asked, select a volume to recover, then click Next.

step 5 Select an administrator account, then click Next.

Step 6 Enter the password for the administrator account, then click Continue.

Step 7 When the Recovery app appears in the menu bar, you can choose any of the available options in the window or the menu bar.

Is there an administrative account on the install? from your wording it appears there is not one.
