iPad and iPhone email sync slow

It only happens on the Facebook app. I got to read the comments, click on comment, and it freezes. I have to wait for a few moments, then in unfreezes.

Also, I have another problem. When I read emails on my iPad, then look at emails later on my iPhone, there is a delay -- the old emails are still there. Once again, I have to wait and eventually it will update to the current emails.

When opening emails on my iPhone or iPad, I will get a message on many that will say "this message has not been downloaded by the server." I wait -- and eventually it will appear.

So many issues that I didn't used to have.

Hi Diamon4000,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. As we understand it. you're having some issues with your iPhone and iPad syncing emails. Which email provider are you currently using? How long would you say that you have to wait for the accounts to sync? You'll also want to make sure that you're running the latest OS on your devices. You can verify this in Settings > General > About.
