Hello, after upgrading to 8.1 version on my Apple Watch Series 3, I started to receive there notifications about new emails coming to my gmail mailbox.
Gmail app is installed on my iPhone, but not on Apple Watch.
No settings change on either iPhone or Apple Watch, or even in my Google account helped my to switch off the notifications.
Please help!

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help with Notifications on your Apple Watch. It sounds like you don't want them from the Gmail app on your iPhone.
You can change that in the Apple Watch app. Have a look here: Change notification settings on Apple Watch.

Thank you, Michael! I don't want to have notifications from Gmail app on may Apple Watch. I'd studied the articles you've shared with me before asking the question here. All advices provided didn't help.
Reinstalling of Gmail app helped me for some time - after this step, I was able to find Gmail app in the Notifications menu > 'Mirror Iphone Alrets from' of my Apple Watch App, and thus I could switch the notifications off.
Then again it disappeared (see the screenshot).
