Video Stops When I Shazam

I have some video clips saved to my iPhone. I wanted to ID a song in the video using Shazam, but when I click the app, the video shuts off. How can I do song ID with a clip saved to my iphone?

You can't. You would have to do one (play video or Shazam) on a different device.

Shazam I can not sync Shazam and Apple Music together. Since I purchased my new iPhone and transferred my data from my old phone. I have tried everything even contacted Apple support and they couldn’t do nothing I’ve been asked by them to contact Shazam direct but can not find a number or a web chat link. The music Shazam but the open and add to icons are greyed out . Help please ?

Shazam not working Hello, my shazam isn’t working, I deleted the app and reinstalled it but same problem, I have an iPhone X and it’s up to date this happened after I created a control center shortcut any ideas?
