Appletv+ icon to display on iPhone 13

How do I get the icon for app for appletv+ on my phone Home Screen.

it’s the one with the black square and the apple image with a bite out and the letters “tv” behind it.

Right now the only way I can open it is to go to the App Store, search for it, and then open from there. I’d like a direct link rather than those extra steps.
