Apple ID / Region / Country changing

I tried to install an app ( „Corona warn“) which is not valid in my region. Accordingly, I changed the region to the desired one, but I lost my Apple music account, which is tied to my last country. I tried to change the region again, but I get a fail. Could you help me pleeeas? I need my müsik.

I suggest trying to repeat whatever it is that is producing this message and see if it persists. If it does:


Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Return iPhone settings to their defaults - "You can return settings to their defaults without erasing your content." Go to Settings > General > Reset.
