Not received the order

I need your urgent attention to the below-mentioned issue. I have made an order of 3 articles from the Apple store: 2 apple watches and iPhone 13 pro max. I am an official customer of Apple since 2016. I always was following the shipping procedures from the system and was expected my order to be delivered yesterday 6 December. But today, 7 Dec, I received an SMS notification that my order was delivered. And I write to inform you that I have not received the order and did not get any call from the courier regarding the delivery. I am kindly asking you to solve the problem asap and let me know the best way I have to act in order the articles to be delivered on time. I am a worker and unfortunately not able to wait at home all day. I am usually following the tracking and accordingly take a day off in order to receive the order directly in hand. I rely on your support service and hope you can help to solve the problem asap. Please note that I have received an SMS notification that the order was delivered but in fact, I have not received any order. I
