What happens if I can't meet the 14-days for a trade-in? I'm deployed overseas and will not be home in time to ship my trade -in.

Used Apple laptops tend to sell quite quickly.
I just went through this with them. My new MacBook was stuck in customs and delivered late. The result, my original offer of $1,010 was reduced to $200.

My new MacBook was originally expected on 11/26, and was finally delivered on 12/9. When I explained the circumstances, Apple just said, "That is our final offer."
