mac pages auto complete won't stop

I type my first name and immediately Pages (and other apps) auto completes with my email address, which starts with my first name.

If I delete back to my first name, and type anything character or space, it still auto completes.

I've turned off all autocomplete and autocorrect functions that I can find -- in Pages, Safari, other apps -- and can't make it stop. There must be an autocomplete control somewhere that I don't know about?

Thanks

Solved it. It was in System Prefs>Keyboard>Text. I must have put a text substitution there years ago. Funny it just started acting up.
