subscription issue
I have been writing a message to IcareFone for Whatapp Transfer Apps because I request to cancel my subscription and maintain my Whatsapp in my old iOS phone instead of transferring to Andriod due to some technical issue we facing here. So I have decided to keep my Whatsapps in the old iPhone SE without trasferring.
But the seller refuse to refund me the full amount of payments I have been made and it already took a week-long and keep replying to the same email without any refund action has made.
Please help advise on this.
