Bluetooth interruptions on iphone SE

I am experiencing momentary dropouts when outputting sound from my iPhone SE (2020 model) to any Bluetooth device. The same issue happens regardless of source (Apple Music app, Tidal, etc). Airplay works fine from this phone. The same Bluetooth devices work fine on my old iPhone 6S and (very old) iPad Air.

Others have reported this issue as well but nobody seems to have any answers.

I am looking to replace the iPad soon - do the new iPads also have this problem with Bluetooth?

Hello,

See if this link sheds any light on the issue:

If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

Good luck.
