iCloud on my daughter's iPhone

How do I add more icloud space on my daughter's iPhone? On her phone, under the "settings" and her name bottom cannot be opened, it is light grey instead of clear white. I Cannot find a way from my iphone to buy more space for her.

My wife's iphone says she has no storage left I added my wife to icloud family , but her phone says she is out of storage. There is almost a terabyte of storage available. Not sure why she is not linked to the storage.

Hello malin213,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. From your post, your daughter's iPhone is unable to access the iCloud settings. We'll provide some settings that might cause this.

If they have any restrictions and/or Screen Time settings on, it might prevent changes:
