I understand that your iPhone was disabled and you followed the procedure to reset it back to factory settings. The process is shown here ➡️ If you forgot the passcode or if your iPhone has been disabled.

Hopefully, you have a backup created on ➔ iCloud and/or on a computer. If you do then, you can ➔ Restore your iPhone from the backup file once your passcode has been reset and the iPhone has been returned to factory settings by the procedure in the link above.

Did you use iCloud for Photos, Messages, Contacts, Notes etc? If YES then as soon as you sign on with your Apple ID then those items will begin to populate from iCloud.

if you have no backup files created on a computer or iCloud, then there is nothing to recover your iPhone from.
