Optimized Battery Charging notification beep/vibration cannot be turned off

As you say, "When Optimized Battery Charging is active, a notification on the Lock screen says when your iPhone will be fully charged." That notification is a beep/vibration that wakes me up, since my phone is at my bedside. Others have asked this question, but here it is again: Is there really no way to turn off the beep/vibration? The answer is definitely not that it beeps/vibrates because of a faulty charging cable that is disconnecting then reconnecting. There is simply no setting that allows me to turn off the notification but allows Optimized Battery Charging to proceed -- unless someone knows how. Thank you.
