How can I pair my Yamaha stagepas w/ the New apple TV?

Like any other bluetooth speaker, first place them near each other (within bluetooth range), then put the audio system in pairing mode (see manual), then pair it from the Apple TV’s Settings﹥Remotes and Devices﹥Bluetooth﹥Other devices﹥[speaker name].
Once paired, the Apple TV should remember the device for a next time, and would be able to connect from e.g. Control Center.

You may want to consider keeping your Apple TV up-to-date (tvOS 15.2 as of now).
