Manage Payments
I have an old iPad. I am currently unable to purchase anything as verification is required. When I am on the manage payment screen to verify nothing happens as it is just " loading"

This issue has been discussed in previous post as well with the resolution being to contact Apple Support.

You can do this as follows:
- Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
- Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above but also again as follows Apple – Location Selector; or
- Using the "Apple Support" app, available and downloadable from App Store.
