My iPhone 13 calls are breaking up

Same here with 13 Pro, my voice keeps breaking up and falling away forthright other side. My partner refuses to have calls with me as it’s impossible to have a normal conversation.

Unbelievable Apple keeps denying there is a problem.

Switched from Samsung and very disappointed in the quality of Apple.

The iPhone 13 has the worst sound quality in more then 30 years I had mobile phones.

I agree 100% with you. I am the only apple user in my family, the rest are Samsung users,. No one has trouble with calls breaking up at all. So it’s definitely not a carrier issue. Apple has really dropped the ball on the 13 generation. I have the Pro Max. It was fine initially, seems like 2 months after purchase, I started have same exact issues.. highly disappointed in this Apple product.

I also have the same problem. I don't and have never used a case on my phone. People tell me all the time that they are only hearing half of every word I say. Then sometimes they say they can't hear me at all even though I can hear them perfectly. Never had this problem with my OG iPhone SE.

I have an Otterbox also and have taken the case off. It is a little better but still cuts out a lot. Apple support was no help at all. I was like on the phone for hours.

It’s the phone not the service. I’ve been dealing with this for months now. Apple denies any problems

Ok so I am having the same issue on speakerphone. I just realized it is when my friend and I are kinda talking at the same time. switched phones with my husband just so I could hear what everyone else is hearing. It’s SO terrible! I’m trying to talk to a senior advisor. This needs to be solved.

Yes we have to get this fixed what are they doing about? Seems like nothing so far but brush it off to another problem. Will see I guess and hope they take responsibility while our phones are still under warranty.

They have to figure it out, its disappointing spending this amount of money for a phone and have these issues, My $80.00 Cricket phone never had this problem. I am sure Apple will figure it out hoping but maybe its something that can't be fixed but should let us know as many are having issue's trade it in for a new model that works correctly.

Yeah mine has an opening at bottom of the phone so not closed off, wonder if it’s just certain cells that are having these issues if so they should let us trade ours in for a different one that dose not have these problems, this is how I use mine 90 percent of the time on speaker. Thanks for sharing your experience! So we’re all not crazy then, it’s frustrating knowing all this but can’t get help. I am hoping Apple sees are experiences here and can acknowledge these problems and take responsibility in helping us Apple supporter’s. It can’t be that difficult of a solution.

I found their staff the most arrogant and incompetent. They try to make you feel stupid and when I told I am from IT the girl said you never mentioned. I just left the store. I have apple cover and I should get phone exchanged but they won’t do that

I also could have written this exact same post. I am on my second iPhone 13 Pro hoping for this garbled call issue to be resolved. I thought perhaps I got a bad phone but nope second day in to my use of the new iPhone 13 same exact problem garbled calls last about 30 seconds so annoying spent thousands of dollars and Apple refuses to acknowledge the problem they all act like they have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about and it is a real issue do not buy the Apple iPhone 13 Pro wait till they issue or come out with a newer one I don’t know it’s awful

I have the same problem. I'm now on my 2nd iPhone 13pro-I thought perhaps I got a lemon-so I purchased a 2nd iPhone 13pro (gave the other one to my son) and same problem - calls break up or now they drop too - repeatedly - so so frustrationg-Apple and verizon all declare they have not heard of this problem at all!! Really I find it hard to believe at this point. Ugh
