Is this HP printer directly connected or does your Mac access from the local network? Does macOS "see" the printer and just won't print to it ... or not see it at all? Are there any error messages?
Finally, what have you tried, so far yourself, to resolve this so that we don't try offering potential solutions that may not have already worked for you?

The HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color MFP M276nw is AirPrint capable and doesn't need any drivers. Uninstall it as mentioned previously and re-ad it selecting the AirPrint/wireless option.
The printer is connected via wireless. Mac is directly connected to the network. macOS does not see the printer. Just says the printer is offline. When I try: System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > Options & Supplies > Utility > Open Printer Utility it opens the utility window then "Unable to communicate with the selected device. It may have been turned off, or otherwise disconnected."
I turned the printer off/on. Ran a Wireless Network Test and everything passed and Signal Strength was Excellent. I restarted the mac. No change.
Not to scold but telling us it is connected wireless is not specific as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both wireless technologies used by printer companies including HP, which wireless technology are you using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?
So sorry. WiFi.
This solved the problem. Thanks.
