Dropbox not downloading files from files app I have an iPad Pro 9.7 with iPadOS and since the update I can’t download files from Dropbox on the files app. From iCloud in files it works well, and from the Dropbox app also ok, the problem is from Dropbox on the files app. The app shows all the contents but when trying to download a file it keeps on waiting to download and never starts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox app but it didn’t solve the issue, anyone having the same problem?

DropBox access Since updating the iPad Pro and iPhone X to the latest version 14.4, I am no longer able to view the DropBox folders from the Files app; I get the message 'Content not available. The contents of the folder could not be shown due to an unknown error '. It works fine on the MAC with Big Sur 11.2.1 and the DropBox app works regularly as well.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're running into issues using Dropbox. From your description, it sounds as though the issue may be related to permissions. Do you have your files set to allow you to share them? Are the files stored on your iPad or in iCloud? If stored in iCloud, have you tried downloading the file to your device and then sharing them?

If the files are already stored in Dropbox and you're looking to share them, you'll want to seek assistance from Dropbox Support at Dropbox Help Center.
