How can I make the Apple junk mail filter put all mail from known senders into my inbox?

Apple is junking mail from sendings in my contacts list. The Apple junk filter is set to not junk mail from known contacts.

I have sent screen shots of the good mail in junk, the contacts they come from, and mail logs to Apple Support engineering, upon their request. I've spent hours on the phone with Apple Support and senior advisors there.

The latest response from Engineering -- via Support staff since we customers can't talk directly to engineering -- They can't find any problems.

They are confusing problems with solutions. They can't find any solutions in the logs. Apparently the problems that I experience and documented to them, are not considered problems. Or maybe they didn't look at the screen shots they asked for. I don't know what their thinking is.

I've had this problem for 14 months. A technical consultant tried to fix it, tried with Apple Support and engineering to try to fix it, all with no success. In the past month, I started the support process again. I've had no better success that my consultant had.

Like most of you, I get hundreds of messages in my junk mail every day. I now have created a rule to apply to the junk mail -- Flag the messages from known senders. I run that, turn off that rule, and then go through the flagged messages. Doing this workaround daily is necessary. I'd like to think Apple software and Apple support are better than this.

I can't find any solutions anywhere. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? There were some questions on this forum about this problem several years ago, but I didn't find any answers looking at those threads.

Thanks,

Phil
