My iPhone and battery were running perfect until I updated to iOS 15.3 just 2 days ago...
Yesterday morning my phone was charged to 100% as it is every morning and there was absolutely Nothing Opened or Running on it as I don't have time to be on it in the mornings, plus, Everything gets cleared/closed Prior to charging.
Plus, I don't Download, Upload or whatever load. I don't even have all the Apps that originally came on my phone at time of purchase bcuz I don't use alot of apps.
I have no music etc either!
Anyway, I unplugged my phone from the Charger, I went to work and by 12:00 - after being at work for only 3 hours, I went to use my phone that was in my car on a cool day for the 3 hours and to my surprise, the Battery was at 1% and the phone was quite Hot even tho the car was Cool!
So that IS quite a FAST battery drain and who knows, it could've been less than 3 hours. It just happened to be 3 hours when I went out to my car to use and look at my phone..
And now today, I see the battery Draining super Fast again, (From 100% down to 21% in less than 30 minutes) and with NOTHING Opened or being used. So I check my Battery Life and it says that my battery is "Severely Degraded" and "Needs Service"???
Again, there is Nothing opened on my phone!
I was just waiting for a business call!
And Yesterday, after Charging my phone again, I did a Restart and a Force Restart as suggested as a possible Fix, and obviously it hasn't helped due to how Fast the Battery went Down again today!
Apple definitely Needs to FIX THIS BATTERY ISSUE that's been happening Only since Apples Recent iOS Update, and especially since each of us on here are Not the 1 and only who are Having this Battery Issue SINCE Only Updating our iPhones as per Apples Request!!
So, for someone to say it's Not a Battery Issue, I beg to differ and say it IS a Battery Issue and that Issue has only been caused via Apples Recent iOS Update!
I wish I could Go Back to the Previous iOS version bcuz this iOS 15.3 version is Horrible!
Apple has really been Failing lately with its iOS Software Updates!!
I wonder if it's someone New to Apple who doesn't know any better and is faking it til they make it, or IF it's someone working for Apple purposely targeting iOS users?
Kinda makes one wonder, especially with all these Update issues going on After Updating!?!
Come on Apple, READ our Reviews and please put out a FIX for this BATTERY Issue, especially since the Majority of us are having the Same Battery Issue other than those who seem to think it's Not a Battery Issue.....
In my opinion, It's a Battery Issue caused by the iOS 15.3 Update!
