I have not used my Apple Watch since I have gotten a new phone. I reset my Apple Watch to factory settings to pair my new phone with the Watch. As I am trying to reset my Apple Watch, I cannot use it without the update. As it searches for the software update, it continues to tell me the device needs to be connected to wifi. I can’t connect the Watch to wifi, it won’t let me, so I cannot update my watch because it won’t let me pair it without an update.
