Mail Not Syncing

My devices: 2021 MacBook Pro, iPhone SE, iPad 5th gen, iPad 7th gen

I keep my system software up to date. Even before I installed Monterey on my MacBook Pro and iOS 15.3 on my other devices, Mail was being delivered but emails sent to Trash were not being updated. I have to trash files on each device. Have deleted and reinstalled my Gmail accounts as well as Mail app.

Thanks for your quick response. Here is some detail. I do most of my work on a 2021 MacBook Pro with Monterey 12.1. Am having a problem syncing not only Mail but also Messages. Emails and texts that I get on my MacBook Pro appear on my other devices, an iPad 5th gen, an iPad 7th gen and a iPhone SE. However, when I delete an email on my MacBook Pro, it does not get deleted on my other devices. So, I have to delete the same emails manually on all of my devices. I use Gmail for most of my emails and I have checked that IMAP is turned on.

I hope that this helps.

I have the same problem with mail not syncing between my iPhone, iPad and desktop Mac. Driving me nuts. iOS 15.3 on the phone, Mac OS 10.15.7 on the desktop and OS 15.3 on the iPad (5th generation Mini). My primary email account is gmail and I have set the server to IMAP, deleted my account and re-added it. Powered down devices and and the tricks I can find. I also have an active iCloud account and I thought all these devices were using it to sync to each other. It used to work before I upgraded to iOS 15.3 on my phone - but no longer. Any other ideas to fix this?
